Ontbijtsessies / Breakfast sessions

Alleen Platina en Gouden sponsoren worden in de gelegenheid gesteld om een ontbijtsessie van één uur te organiseren. Afhankelijk van het sponsorpakket vinden de sessies plaats op één of twee dagen. De voorwaarden zijn als volgt:

Only Platinum and Golden sponsors are given the opportunity to organize one-hour breakfast sessions on one or both conference days. The conditions for organizing a breakfast session are as follows:

Programma:
- De sessies vinden op beide congresdagen plaats en uitsluitend tussen 08.15 uur
   en 09.15 uur
- De sponsor draagt zorg voor een wetenschappelijk verantwoord programma
- De sponsor draagt zorg voor de spreker(s)
- De kosten van de spreker(s) worden gedragen door de sponsor
- De sponsor draagt er zorg voor dat de spreker(s) de discosure slide van CGR/GMH
   vooraf aan de deelnemers wordt getoond
- De sponsor onthoudt zich van promotionele inhoud en productinformatie, een
   verwijzing voor promotie en productinformatie naar de virtuele stand is wel
   toegestaan. 
- Het is de sponsor toegestaan om de bedrijfsnaam of bedrijfslogo te tonen
- De ontbijtsessies worden meegenomen is de aanvraag van de accreditatie voor
   de diverse accreditatie registers
​- De inhoud van de dienen vooraf ter goedkeuring te worden ingediend bij het
   bestuur van de Nederlandse Nefrologiedagen
- De sponsor draagt zelf zorg voor een sessievoorzitter
   (De technische en logistieke organisatie wordt vooraf met u gecoördineerd)
- Voor alle overige zaken verwijzen we naar de inhoud van de Platina en Gouden
   sponsorpakketten

Program:
- The sessions take place on both conference days and only between 8.15 am and
   9.15 am
- The sponsor is responsible for a scientifically sound program
- The sponsor is responsible for one or more speakers
- The costs of the speaker(s) are account of the sponsor
- The sponsor ensures that your speaker(s) show the disclosure sheet of the
   CGR/CMH to the attendees
- The sponsor refrains from promotional content and product information,
   a reference for promotion and product information to the virtual stand
​   is allowed.
- The sponsor is allowed to display the company name or company logo
- The breakfast sessions are included in the accreditation applications at the
   relevant quality registers
- The content of the session(s) must be submitted in advance to be approved by the
   board of the Nephrology Days
- The sponsor supervise a session chairperson
   (The technical and logistics organization will be coordinated with you in advance)
- For all other matters, we refer to the content of the Platinum and Gold sponsor
​   packages

De Nefrologiedagen draagt zorg voor:
- Alle technische faciliteiten in de virtuele congreszaal
- Bevestiging van registratie, deelname-certificaten en inlogcodes voor de
   deelnemers
- De deelnemers-registratie en deelnemers-administratie
- Het opvoeren van de accreditatiepunten van de deelnemers in de betreffende
   kwaliteitsregisters
- Alle nodige voorwaarden zoals gesteld in de gedragscode van de CGR/GMH
​- Voorkoming van concurrentie van eigen sessies in hetzelfde tijdslot

The Nephrology Days takes care of:
- All technical facilities in the virtual room
- Registration certificates, participation certificates and the access codes of the
   participants
- The participant registration and the participant administration
- The registration of the accreditation points of the participants in the relevant
​   quality registers
- Action that is in line with the codes of conduct CGR and CMH
- Preventing competition from own sessions in the same timeslots
