The Dutch Nephrology Days 2021 will be presented virtually. This means that we do not expect any physical presence from the speakers. At the time of the conference, you will of course be fully supported by our technical team and a session chairman. You will receive a link to the virtual platform from us shortly so that you can orient yourself in advance.

Reimbursment form

This form is needed for reimbursing expenses that are related to your lecture. You can fill in the form and send it to the email address in the upper right angle. |

Restitution form

This form van only be used by abstract submitters and only for those submitters who will present an oral presentation. Only restitution will be reimbursed. Travel expenses or other expenses will not be reimbursed. |
